Hawkins is a multidisciplinary visual artist based in Cincinnati, Ohio, whose work spans sculpture, installation art, and photo-based projects. Her creative practice blends conceptual depth with diverse materials and methods, resulting in distinctive, thought-provoking works.

In addition to her studio practice, Hawkins has held multiple college faculty positions and regularly curates art exhibitions, contributing to the growth of the regional and national art community.

She is co-founder and partner at Hawkins & Hawkins Custom, a Cincinnati-based design and fabrication studio specializing in public and private art commissions, custom site furnishings, and functional art for a variety of environments. She also runs StudioDendrite, her independent studio where she develops her fine art practice, produces client-driven projects, and collaborates with other artists and designers.
